Spring 2023 Newsletter From Tony Schwartz Bodywork

It's been a fresh start to a new year and this is what's going on at Tony Schwartz Bodywork for spring of 2023. I am in the process of getting ready for my 10 year anniversary in the Minnehaha location with new sheets! After allowing clients to experience some of the different sheet sets that I've been experimenting with to test what clients think their durability during washing and so on I have made purchases of new types of sheets. Most of my sheets are washed about 200 times over their lifespan. As you come in they will gradually fall into rotation sometime in late 2023 or early 2024. 

There are no new pricing increase is scheduled until 2025. 

There is two policy changes that have been announced already but again this is a reminder: 1. Hands for Heroes has returned so that means veterans receive $10 off every session and they receive two free hours of massage every year. 2. Payment by check was discontinued in 2022 and because credit card processing companies are now becoming more strict about the nature of returning funds to customers as posted on the website starting April 1, 2023 Credit card processing fees will not be refunded. This means that if you pay $100 for a service and return is required you'll receive back less than the $100 payment received and that is the cost of the fees. I have waited a significant period of time to enforce this policy by credit card issuers and processing companies are getting to the point where they will have no exceptions to this rule any longer. As a result you cannot pay for your sessions upfront in full well booking sessions credit card payments will be processed at the time of service in order to avoid returns as much as humanly possible. Under Minnesota law gift cards can be refunded at the discretion of the retailer as long as you receive back your full value in at least a store credit but retailers are not required to get back to money in cash.
